This is beauty of Indian Common Citizens......don''t care......after 68 years of Independence nobody cares about citizens....because we have habit of adjust and forget everything...still we travel like this and we appreciate our selves we have developed....where is development......
Message...nothing is going to happen for Common Citizen in any budget.......so...forget about Budget and keep watch level to make money...
