Disorder as well as expanding in a fast manner.....
If expansion stops.... there is no terms called "Time"...
The second law of thermodynamics states that the entropy (or disorder) of an isolated system always increases over time. This means that the universe, as a whole, is moving towards a state of maximum disorder.
