Trading
One good trade in enough to make money...
Trading all the day with 1 minute candle / 5 minute candle and watching the chart is injurious to health and wealth....... end of the day you will never ever make money in your life time for sure...
Reduce the number of trades....
Wait for Solid Setups...
Once, sequence established...just execute the trade without hesitation / fear
Don't give much importance to news / external factors when you trade as per your setups..
Always fix your setups based on cyclical reversal....this is most important in trading.... (you believe sani bhagwan 7 1/2 yrs cyclical shift.... but... you will not believe market cyclical, because your mind is badly designed by religious idiots and you are carrying negative thoughts and living with problems....

Selling option
Selling option...without knowing the level will be disaster....
Y'day....if anyone would have sold put options strike price starting from 11700 to 11900, thinking last day premium will be zero... screwed nicely....
You should know the level or trend pressure...before selling options...
Y'day put options moved from 3 to 70....... huge risk... so... learn and trade...otherwise, your pants will be on fire....
Hourly sequence change is more important on settlement days....y'day 1.30 sequence change established and put options moved like anything.....
Learn and trade..... option selling is a tough job without knowledge...
