Majesco shares - Dividend

 

So many of thinking.... they will get dividend of Rs.974 and will sell the shares after record date with good profit... fools...

Promoters are not jokers... to pass on the benefit to shareholders... their calculations are simple... I feel, they want to exit from the business and secure their money...

After dividend company will have appr.Rs.200 crore reserves for distribution, it says... there is a another move by the promoters to exit from the business..

My view... avoid Majesco...

Moreover Tax complications,  30% if (higher tax bracket) your IT slap is more .... do analysis..
