Example : Tata Steel - Yesterday Result Move

Everyone yesterday thought of Tata Steel will fall 5% or 10 % because of Bad Result....but....not happened .....why ?

Simple.....Morning it has opened...near to bottom (confirms...trend will resume upside)  it has bottomed out 

And everyone in this market knows, result will be bad....then how it will fall.......

You should interpret and trade in the other way round...

One should know....how to read the chart and trade...

All traders are using some levels....but.....reading important cyclical reversal level needs experience and knowledge....

20% Technical........Rest 80% (Interpretation / Psychology / Money Management / Application of Knowledge)...

One of my follower asked about Tatasteel in the Morning....Exactly I told the samething in the Morning  "Don't Sell"

That is called Experience and interpretation...

Lupin and Yesbank.....usual Pullback.....(Bear Market Pulllback will be always sharp).

Normally...when scripts touches the bottom.....it will be obvious sharp pullback...

Nothing surprise in Yesbank and Lupin.....both pullback are valid...

Yes Bank 

Before Result it was consolidated near bottom zone....sharp pullback after result...hit the top..

Lupin

Same pattern formation in Lupin.....hit bottom...reversed nicely.....

I have planned to sell again near top...but...not validated...

Lupin and Yesbank....so many would have trapped in the lower level sell..

You should have knowledge where to sell.....

Selling in wrong place will erode your capital....that too in pullback areas...
