Crude nicely obeyed our Level....and not able to cross and close above our Level...
Message is now......both side swings can be used as opportunity....
Just Follow Top and Bottom .............if hit ...then wait for reversal and enter....
As simple as that....
Don't worry about International Jokers report ...throw all the data/news paper in the Dustbin or Toilet.....and read the level and trade...
