In India anything can be done......the person (above) Santanu Saikia is limelight in the above scam...
He has already booked in early 1999 for publishing a secret Cabinet note on disinvestment...and in 2009 he was acquitted in 2009....
Now...along with him...so called "Big Corporate Executives (Frauds)" are also arrested for the scam...
The question is
1. Where is the corporate culture and standards in so called big corporate houses?
2. Without Top management knowledge...down the level executives will involve in such crimes ?
3. Whether, Reliance / Cairn / ADAG group / Essar and Jubilant Energy top management will take responsibility on there employees fraudulent activities.
4. This is how the "Big Corporates"are surviving in India with the help of corrupted politicians / officials..
India is Shining........good....
