Ignoring Raghuram Rajan's 2005 prediction was a big mistake: IMF chief Christine Lagarde 

She herself admitting that IMF all top executives (are Idiots) are useless, only working for money without knowledge (white collar criminals).

This is the reality, all Big Corporate / Big World Institution / States / Countries...run and managed by full of Idiots having only professional qualification and not having knowledge / experience.

So, don't give much importance to white collar professionals... Believe what you know...your knowledge and experience more powerful than anybody...nobody is greater than you...Believe..this is the reality..
