Where is the Fundamental ?

Case Study - 1  - Hero Honda

Herohonda closed below our Blue Level, price action says mid term is getting weak....

From that level till now any rise, Hero Honda is falling and still it looks weak..

Nothing has changed in  Bottomline of Herohonda...but, price has fallen almost 30%...

Now....ask your self, where is the fundamental played a role in the fall ?

We have to remember, market hit all time high and Herohonda is in falling mode...think...

Case Study - 2 - Siemens

Siemens in the same month closed above Blue Level, price action says mid term is getting strong...

From that level it has moved sharply.....

Again here also nothing has changed in Bottom Line of  Siements...but, price has moved 50%...

Now....ask your self, where is the fundamental  played a role in rise ?

Fundamental will workout when price action supports...otherwise...fundamental fail.

Price is the visible factor...fundamental is non visible factor....

Price is in front of us.....fundamental is assumption.....

You have to study fundamental alongwith price cycle...
