In this latest comparison it was found RIL was substantially inflating

Cost of Exports of Petroleum Products at Rs.38 per liter when

Importing in to USA was Rs.26 per liter for Petrol and Rs.32 per liter

for Low Sulfur Diesel. RIL debt increased to Rs.1,50,000 crores and

RIL had not secured FUNDS through IPO and was HOARDING on Debt. In

just three month Q3-2014 period RIL concluded Four Big Contracts worth

say $7b-8b Rs.40,000 crores without PUBLIC BIDDING or Public

Knowledge. Even in the PRESS RELEASE didn’t disclose Their CAPACITY OR

SPECIFICATIONS.

LPG or Propane Gas Cost in Gulf Coast TEXAS is just $0.59 per US

Gallon – or Rs.20 per kg only [Density of Propane – 0.493g/Liter]. Why

don’t we import propane for LPG use than importing CNG?

Since annual IMPORTS+EXPORTS of Petroleum exceed $100b to around $125b

earlier even 10% MARGIN Could Be $10b annual loss to India.

TATA has scores of Independent Companies for every Sector but RIL has

MIXED everything Together OPERATE LIKE A KIRANA SHOP – EVADING TAXES.

Here is another evidence – RIL was exporting Petroleum Products at

$0.69 per kg or Rs.42 per kg or Rs.38 per liter when average Export

Price decline was 32% against decline in International Price by 40%

admitted by RIL – more by Actual Cost. Fact is Gasoline Wholesale

price in Gulf of Mexico is just $1.6 per US Gallon which is Rs.26 per

liter and even Diesel Wholesale which cost more in the developed

countries, is Rs.32 per liter.

Possibly last trade could be Rs.30 or Rs.32 by December2014. Retail

price of petrol is exact double. RIL alone imports 70 million tones of

Crude Oil.

[RIL’s exports of refined products from India was at $ 8.3 billion

during the 3Q FY15 as compared to $ 10.8 billion in 3Q FY14. In terms

of volume, exports of refined products were 11.9 MMT during 3Q FY15 as

compared to 11.6 MMT in 3Q FY14.]

But Gasoline Whole Sale Price in Gulf Coast is just Rs.26 [$1.6 per US Gallon]
